Corporate History

1985―――Started as a trading business unit of Swire Japan, distributing electronic equipment and measuring instruments from major overseas manufacturers.
1990―――Became a separate company, Swire Transtech Ltd. (wholly owned by Swire Japan.)
1996―――Transtech Inc. was established through a management buyout from the Swire Group.
